These terms apply to consumers with full legal capacity and to every order placed on this site.

This site is not the manufacturer of the products offered. Descriptions, images and information come from our suppliers, but we make sure current quality and manufacturing standards are met. If a product does not conform, please see our refund policy.

These terms are also available in French.

We operate as a small business.

Section 1 – Placing an order online

Browse our site and choose your products. Add them with the “Add to cart” button. At any time, confirm your order by clicking “Checkout.”

At checkout, a summary of your selected products is shown. You can change or remove items. You will be asked to accept the terms of sale and secure payment before completing your order.

Please check your delivery details carefully (address, door code, phone number, etc.). You can save your details for future orders.

Then choose your shipping method, your payment method, and click “Pay now.”

An acknowledgement will confirm your order, and you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order of more than 100 units of the same product.

You can correct any input error at any time. If you notice an error after confirming, contact us here.

Section 2 – Archiving and access to the contract

Contracts, order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable, durable medium.
You can access them for any order over $120.

Section 3 – Legal and contractual warranties

As required by law, we exchange, repair or refund any product that is defective, damaged or not as described.

Return costs are fully refunded with supporting evidence (photo, video, etc.).

We are responsible for fulfilling the contract, except in cases of force majeure or non-compliance with foreign law for deliveries outside Canada.

Section 4 – Delivery times, costs and methods

Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.
If there is a delay, we will let you know quickly and suggest a new date.

If a product is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent product of the same quality and price.

Shipping is free on the entire site.

Notifications keep you updated on your order status (about one every 2 days).

Section 5 – Prices

Our prices are shown in Canadian dollars, before taxes.

Customs duties or additional taxes may apply to deliveries outside Canada and are paid by the customer.
Please check with your local authorities.

Section 6 – Payment and security

Payment is charged when your order ships. You can cancel before it is handed to the carrier.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.
Payments are secured by our partner Shopify Payments.

The site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Card details are never stored.

Section 7 – Satisfaction guarantee / Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping is at your expense.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized, sealed or custom-ordered products.

Section 8 – Contract term and price validity

Products remain our property until paid in full through Shopify Payments.
Our offers are valid while supplies last.

Section 9 – Governing law / Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
